The Los Angeles Chapter of ALMA held a virtual conference on August 1, 2020, with the topic “An Update on Covid-19: Lessons Learned.” Our guest speaker was Dr Ray Hachem, Professor of Medicine and Director of Extramural Education Program in the Department of Infectious Diseases, at The University of Texas M. D. Anderson Cancer Center, Houston, TX. He gave a very insightful and informative lecture, and answered many of our questions.
