Dear Esteemed Colleagues and Friends,

The American Lebanese Medical Association (ALMA) has recently celebrated its 32nd anniversary, and we are sincerely grateful for your continued support over the past years.

In collaboration with all medical universities in Lebanon, ALMA is pleased to announce its 16th Medical Mission, organized in partnership with the Health Outreach to the Middle East (H.O.M.E.) in Lebanon. This year's mobile clinics will take place from July 13th to July 16th, and from August 24th to August 27th. Through these clinics, patients will be provided with free medical consultations, diagnostic tests, and medications. The villages to be visited are:

• July 13–16 : Bhamdoun, Ain Saadeh/Fanar, Ain Zhalta, Akoura
• August 24–27 : Deir El Qamar, Ardeh (Zgharta), Amioun, Zahle.

This mission is made possible through our collaboration with Good Samaritans, Health Outreach to the Middle East (H.O.M.E.), Medical Disciples Fellowship (H.O.M.E.-MDF-Lebanon), Green and White, and the Deans of all Lebanese medical schools, united in our shared commitment to serving underserved communities across Lebanon.

We are also pleased to announce that our annual ALMA Conference will be held on August 28, 2026, this year in partnership with the Lebanese American University (LAU). The conference will bring together healthcare leaders, academic institutions, and medical professionals, while aiming to gain deeper insight on Lebanon's current healthcare challenges and ongoing recovery efforts, and to develop a strategic road map for the upcoming years. As part of the conference, ALMA will proudly award 40 scholarships to 40 outstanding medical students selected from all medical schools across Lebanon.

We warmly encourage everyone to become involved by participating in the Medical Mission, the Annual Conference, or both.
